This role is for someone who likes order, structure and systems — and gets genuine satisfaction from turning information into something useful.
We’re working with a highly regarded private funds practice that is quietly investing in its knowledge function and doing it properly.
You don’t need to be a lawyer. You don’t need a degree. You do need to be organised, analytical and comfortable working independently with large volumes of information.
Working closely with the Knowledge Counsel, you’ll support the development and day-to-day running of the Group’s knowledge function.
The team typically has 30–40 matters live at any one time, so this suits someone who can extract data, categorise information and keep systems accurate and up to date without needing constant supervision.
You’ll also be involved in testing and using Generative AI tools to improve how knowledge is captured and accessed — practical application, not theory.
This role would work very well for someone currently in:

Knowledge Management Executive – London (Hybrid)
📍 London office | 50% hybrid | International legal powerhouse
Ready to take your knowledge-management skills out of the dusty cupboard and into a global arena? This isn’t your average KM role. You’ll be joining an international legal and professional services firm whose footprint stretches across continents and jurisdictions, advising some of the most influential players in global finance, corporate governance, and investment management.
This organisation empowers smart people to do smart work. No micromanaging, no “we’ve always done it this way” nonsense — just trust, autonomy, and a diverse team representing cultures and legal systems from Bermuda to the British Virgin Islands, the Cayman Islands to London, and beyond.
Working directly with Knowledge Lawyers as part of a centralised Knowledge Management function, you’ll become a key node in the firm’s information ecosystem. You will:
It's varied, technical, intellectually stimulating, and impact-rich. If you’re happiest when solving practical information puzzles and enabling legal teams to shine, you’ll be in your element.
You’ll thrive here if you have:
✔ Experience as a Legal Secretary, Paralegal or similar legal-support role
✔ A forensic eye for detail (typos tremble when you enter the room)
✔ Strong tech confidence and a quick-learning mindset
✔ The ability to manage multiple priorities without bursting into interpretive dance
✔ Confidence with legal research tools, document automation and KM platforms
✔ Excellent communication skills – written, verbal, and everything in between
✔ A proactive nature: you don’t wait to be asked, you anticipate
A passion for improving processes and championing knowledge-sharing will mark you out from the pack.
Because they don’t collect people like stationery. They invest, empower and actually listen. They believe career progression is earned through contribution, curiosity and capability — not tenure or tea-making ability. You’ll be part of a cross-border, multi-disciplinary knowledge team influencing how lawyers deliver world-class advice across international jurisdictions.
If you’ve been waiting for a role where KM isn’t an afterthought but the engine that drives insight, innovation and legal excellence — this is it.

Senior Resource Manager
Hybrid | London
Permanent | £80, 000
One of the world’s most progressive, tech-enabled, future-facing law firms is looking for a Senior Resource Manager to take the wheel of resourcing across one of their leading practices — a practice that’s exploding with complex, career-making work.
This isn’t a traffic-light scheduling job. It’s influence, strategy, performance, people and profitability wrapped up in one beautifully complex challenge.
Because here, resource management isn’t admin — it’s a lever for:
⚡ Real diversity of opportunity
You’ll design a fair, skills-based allocation model that breaks the old “who shouts loudest gets the work” culture and creates genuine access to career-enhancing matters.
📈 Career acceleration for hundreds of lawyers
You’ll open doors to new work types, new clients, new practice areas and visible development pathways.
💡 Data-powered decisions
You’ll introduce MI packs, reporting frameworks and insights that Partners will actually use — because they’ll finally have something meaningful to use.
🤝 Unconscious bias? You’ll break it.
Work will be allocated based on capability rather than popularity contests. That means inclusion with teeth, not posters.
🌍 Cross-office collaboration
Multiple locations. Multiple sub-teams. One joined-up strategy that stops people drowning in work in one corner while someone sits idle in another.
🎛️ Technology that actually supports change
You’ll help roll out a new resource-management platform and shape the processes, behaviours and governance around it. Think influence, not implementation.
You’ll be the lead for resourcing across a commercially important and growing practice, working with Practice Group Leads, Team Leads and Partners to:
Think of yourself as the Sherpa, sat-nav and air-traffic controller for one of the firm’s most commercially important practices.
You might be a qualified lawyer who’s had enough of timesheets, or a resource-management specialist who thrives on complexity. Either way, you’ll have:
Translation: you’re the person people turn to when they realise “someone needs to sort this.”
This firm is reshaping how a global practice runs. The model is shifting. The tools are changing. The demand for smarter, more equitable resourcing has never been louder.
If you want a role where the work you do actually changes the way a practice performs — not just how a spreadsheet looks — this is it.
If you’ve ever said “there has to be a better way”, this is the role that lets you build it. Hit apply — and prove it.

If you’ve ever wanted to sit at the real centre of a major law firm — not in theory, but in practice — this is the role. You’ll work directly with the Chair, influence firmwide decisions, shape governance for a partnership of national scale and be treated as a trusted adviser rather than a back-office function. It’s rare to find a governance role where your judgement genuinely moves the dial; this is one of them.

You’ll manage all constitutional governance, oversee partner lifecycle processes and guide the business through sensitive and strategically important matters.

• High-level communication and liaison
• Internal investigations
• Policy creation and implementation
• Strong governance, company secretarial or partnership experience in a professional services environment
• Deep understanding of LLP structures and corporate governance
• Excellent organisational skills and sharp attention to detail
• Calm, discreet handling of sensitive and confidential matters
• Strong communication and senior stakeholder management capability
• Experience in internal investigations or behaviour-related inquiries
Because it offers:

• Supportive, collaborative culture without hierarchy games
• High trust, access to decision-makers and real influence
• National reach, exciting clients and modern, flexible working
