20 years of recruitment has seen my experience grow from my initial stint in medical recruitment to commercial recruitment and for the last 12 years I have been solely a legal business support recruiter.   I quickly developed a real passion for the full spectrum of Legal PA roles from entry level CILEX/Admin through to PA Management. 

I love seeing careers, teams and firms flourish!   This is evidenced by my exposure of working with law firms to restructure and redefine roles.  This passion has also led me to take the opportunity to become a trustee of the Board of Havering Colleges part of New City Colleges.  As a trustee I am deeply involved in how to offer the best education but also support post education and into the world of work.   I work with law firms across London to support Early careers/Apprenticeship initiatives.
