Legal Administrator - Guildford

 Working Pattern: Full-time | £26k per annum 

The Opportunity
A respected international law firm is looking for a Legal Administrator to join its centralised support hub in Guildford. This is a brilliant entry-level role for someone who enjoys variety, teamwork and delivering a high standard of internal client service.

You’ll be part of a collaborative, well-structured team supporting multiple practice areas across the office — gaining exposure, building confidence and developing core professional skills along the way.

Key Responsibilities

  • Providing high-quality administrative support to internal teams across the office
  • Managing internal and external post, couriers and document handling
  • Printing, scanning, binding, filing and producing court bundles
  • Supporting file closing, archiving and document retrieval
  • Assisting finance processes (receipts, invoices, payment requests)
  • Carrying out basic Land Registry searches and Companies House checks
  • Maintaining accurate client records and databases
  • Supporting ad-hoc projects and wider team initiatives as required
     

Skills & Experience Required

  • At least 6 months’ administration or office experience
  • Strong customer service mindset with a proactive, solutions-led approach
  • Confident written and verbal communication skills
  • Well organised with good attention to detail
  • Comfortable working as part of a team and adapting to changing priorities
  • GCSEs (or equivalent) including English and Maths

Legal PA - Southampton


Legal PA 

£32-36k per annum

Job Title: Legal PA – 12 Month FTC (Maternity Cover)
Location: Southampton
Contract: Fixed-term (12 months)
Working Pattern: Full-time

The Opportunity
A well-established international law firm is seeking an experienced Legal PA to join a busy practice group on a 12-month maternity cover. This is a hands-on, high-trust role supporting Partners and fee earners, ideal for someone who thrives on organisation, pace and being the calm in the legal storm.

You’ll provide proactive, high-quality PA support, acting as a key point of contact within the team and liaising closely with wider support functions to ensure work is delivered smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
The role will include (but is not limited to):

  • Proactive diary, inbox and contact management for Partners and fee earners
  • Coordinating internal and external meetings, travel and client entertainment
  • Managing correspondence, document production and filing via iManage
  • Supporting billing processes and liaising with finance teams
  • Preparing client documents, presentations and BD materials
  • CRM and business development support, including updating contact records
  • File opening, compliance checks and document management
  • General administrative support, delegating where appropriate to admin teams
     

Skills & Experience Required

  • Proven experience as a Legal PA within a law firm
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise under pressure
  • Confident communicator with a professional and approachable manner
  • Excellent attention to detail and discretion with confidential matters
  • Comfortable working with document management systems and MS Office
  • Real Estate experience helpful but not essential
