Working in the corporate team you will be supporting a high profile team who advise on mergers and acquisitions, investment transactions, private equity transactions as well as start up matters. Clients cover a broad spectrum including technology, publishing, fashion and retail and many more!
As Legal Administrator you will support the group with general administration tasks, assist with streamlining processes. The successful candidate will ideally have a minimum one year’s administration assistant experience, ideally gained in a law firm or professional services.
The Legal Administrator role has the following responsibilities:
- Providing administration support for the group, ensuring work is completed efficiently and within set deadlines.
- Assisting with:
- file opening and closing processes.
- photocopying and scanning.
- all aspects of the billing process and accounting processes, including claiming expenses.
- Maintaining client files both electronically and in hard copy where required, including sorting, collating and filing emails and correspondence/documents.
- Managing processes using the firm’s network IT systems and databases, including Filesite, Aderant, and Microsoft Office.
- Liaising with other departments including Document Services, Compliance and Finance.
- Managing workload issues; takes ownership of enquiries and ensures any issues are referred/delegated to the appropriate person and dealt with in a timely fashion.
- Providing ad hoc support to the group as required.
Skills required
- Previous experience within a busy law firm is preferable one year’s administration experience in a similar role
- Excellent IT skills
- Good numeracy skills
- Excellent time management and organisational skills
- Strong attention to detail

A brand new opportunity has arisen to join a global HQ and lead their front of house services to be the best-in-class.
My client prides themselves on their client servicing and this extends from their legal support to the experience provided when they set 'foot' into the global HQ.
You will be leading a team of front of house and AV professionals and you will be utilising your people management skills to curate an exceptional client experience at their HQ, raising the bar to deliver a best-in-class, 5-star service client journey from end-to-end.
You will be responsible for the strategic planning, operational and contract management of the client-facing facilities and function for the London office and this will include developing and implementing best practice policies and procedures across the front of house, ensuring that all teams are performing consistently and with optimum impact.
Working with the Head of Facilities you will be accountable for the strategic and operational management of the entire client-facing function - including meeting and events, AV and client meeting room tech, catering and hospitality (fine dining and meeting room service), reception and concierge services.
· Responsibility for auditing standards/procedures relating to all areas of the front of house to ensure that the
overall delivery and experience is consistently outstanding for all clients and visitors.
· Maintain well-connected, strong relations with key partners involved in setting the firm’s client strategy as well as the senior management of the London office.
Please note this in an office 5 days per week role.
